What we collect

Your name, email, nickname, profile photo and bike details. Rides, groups, chat messages, expenses and marketplace listings you create. Documents you add to your Digital Vault.

Location

Your location is shared with the riders on your ride only while the ride is active and you are sharing it. You can stop sharing from the ride.

Digital Vault

Documents are stored privately and only you can open them. Expiry dates are read on your own phone, and the image is not sent anywhere for that step.

Who can see what

Your public profile can be seen by other riders. Group chat is visible to group members. Direct messages are visible to the two riders. Marketplace listings are visible to all signed-in riders.

Service providers

Your data is stored with Supabase. Maps, place search and routes use outside map services, which receive the places you search for and the map areas you view. Web images load from their hosts.

Your choices

You can change your profile, replace documents and delete your listings at any time. Email admin@roadtroop.com to ask for a copy of your data or to delete your account.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data or use it for outside advertising.
